At the beginning of this year I read an interesting statistic on how many women are in top positions in the marketing industry published by The IPA:
This got me thinking how incredibly lucky I am! Lucky to be a woman in business and thankful that with hard work, being resourceful and having determination, anything is possible. This has allowed me to build a business with a great team, filled with a great culture, which has made it easy to love what I do.
I’ve always admired inspirational leaders, like Arianna Huffington for example, and I am a firm believer that it’s not about having one person as a leader in a business, but rather building a business that allows people around you to become good leaders. I work with a team that works hard and that are inspired to do and to be the best they can be.
