We’re looking for a Midweight Copywriter to help the team elevate our clients’ written brand communications.

As a Midweight Copywriter at F6 Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging, persuasive, and compelling content across various platforms. You will work closely with the creative team, marketing managers, and clients to understand their objectives and deliver impactful copy that resonates with the target audience. This position requires a high level of creativity, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • PR and editorial
  • Sales collateral and powerpoints
  • Whitepapers
  • Case studies
  • Award entries
  • Brand guidelines
  • Social media
  • PPC and advertising
  • Work in partnership with our Creative Director to create innovative, channel-neutral ideas that answer the client’s brief
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of clients’ business needs and their target audience, in order to propose appropriate creative solutions
  • Use your knowledge and insight to research and produce written content that encourages engagement, secure share of voice, and secure ROI for our clients
  • Supporting the development of messaging and tone of voice in brand projects
  • Monitoring and staying ahead of major trends and best industry practices for our clients
  • Staying aware of competitor content activity and helping to adjust content to compete
  • Taking part in client discovery sessions and message concepting workshops
  • Maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and press
  • Working closely with designers to ensure designs and copy work together coherently
  • Delivering on time and to budget, reporting status and progress, including sign offs at all stages of development, taking responsibility for accuracy, consistency, spelling, grammar, references and compliance with corporate guidelines
  • An undergraduate degree or similar in Creative Writing, or Journalism is preferred, though we’re open to a creative or marketing field
  • Experience working with BOTH B2B and B2C brands
  • Experience with technology and telecoms brands is a bonus
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with a good grasp of brand communication styles, particularly tone of voice
  • An appreciation of writing for digital media and knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Proficiency working in Google sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRMs, especially Hubspot is a bonus

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to assist in all stages of the design process—from concepting to artworking.

  • Assisting in producing image and media assets, documentation, presentations, and other design tasks and deliverables across both print and digital outputs
  • Following design systems, brand guidelines, and style guides to a T
  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest innovations and trends in the design world
  • Engaging in Social Media channels
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • Understanding of print process and production
  • Understanding of designing for web and digital
  • Understanding of typographic and layout principles
  • A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign are a must
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Experience working on multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance own workflow
  • Adept at articulating ideas and design rationales in both spoken and written English
  • An impressive portfolio with a clear passion for design and conceptual thinking. We like to see personal projects as well as more commercial work
  • A problem solver who’s motivated, curious, and eager to learn
  • Ability to take ownership of work individually, as well as work as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • An appreciation for user experience and customer-centred design
  • Experience in WordPress
  • Some knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Experience in the world of marketing and communications
  • Illustration, photography, videography, animation skills
