We’re looking for a Digital Marketer to help the team elevate our clients’ digital acquisition channels.

  • Organic social media activity across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Instagram
    • Twitter
    • Facebook
  • PPC advertising campaigns across:
    • Paid and promoted social media
    • SEM (search engine marketing)
  • Presence in online publications across:
    • PR & press
    • Editorial
    • Display advertising
  • Defining business goals and what success looks like for our clients and agency
  • Understanding target audiences and what motivates them to take action
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing solutions to outpace their share of voice
  • Identifying opportunities across digital channels that deliver acquisition growth
  • Liaising with the strategic and creative team to share insights and opportunities
  • Maintaining and monitoring social media accounts and advertising platforms
  • Planning and executing campaigns across both paid and organic digital channels
  • Owning the testing and optimisation of audience building and PPC campaigns
  • Acquiring opportunities for presence in relevant online publications 
  • Analysing data and adapting digital strategies to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded 
  • Reporting on the ROI of digital acquisition efforts
  • Staying ahead of major trends and best industry practices
  • An undergraduate degree or similar in a marketing field is preferred, though we’re open to a creative field
  • Experience working with BOTH B2B and B2C brands
  • Experience with technology and telecoms brands is a bonus
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a good grasp of brand communication styles, particularly tone of voice
  • Experience running successful paid advertising campaigns across social media and search
  • Understanding of conversion strategies and testing
  • Excellent working knowledge of advertising platforms including
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
    • Twitter Ads
    • Instagram Ads manager
    • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills 
  • The confidence to make and present data-backed decisions to the team and clients
  • Excellent research skills and ability to apply findings to digital marketing strategies  
  • Proficiency working in Google sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRMs, especially Hubspot is a bonus
