When I established F6 Agency in 2011, I was driven by the idea of the environment and culture I wanted to create in a marketing agency, how I wanted clients to feel about working with us, and what results and promises I wanted to deliver on.
Today, we turn 8—and what a journey it’s been.
I’m grateful to be leading a brilliant team who make value, results and success for our clients their goal. Their passion for what we do is incredible, and watching them grow has been hugely rewarding. In turn, they’ve helped me to grow as a person; and together, we’ve built a business that we’re all proud to be a part of.
And we couldn’t have achieved success over the years without our clients, who trust us to transform their businesses with our strategic marketing and advertising solutions.
In everything we do, we place ourselves in our clients’ shoes; their aspirations and challenges become our own, and as such, their victories are our victories.
What I’ve come to learn over the years is this: values matter most. Operate in an authentic manner, with both your company’s and your own personal values at the heart of all that you do. Be a better version of yourself every day, and find people to do business with who share the same values as you.
