We’re on the lookout for a talented Midweight Copywriter to help us craft compelling content across a range of platforms
  • Writing brilliant copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns and nurture sequences, blog posts, social media, case studies, award entries, and more.
  • Sinking your teeth into SEO strategies, optimising content to ensure it drives visibility and traffic.
  • Tailoring your writing style to different platforms and audiences, while keeping a consistent brand voice.
  • Diving into research on client industries, products, and target audiences to ensure our messaging hits the spot.
  • Using your eagle-eyes to edit and proofread copy for clarity, tone, and quality.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends in SEO, marketing, and the fast-paced telecoms world.
  • An undergraduate degree or similar in Creative Writing or Journalism.
  • 1-3 years of copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or telecoms, IoT, or tech environment.
  • A strong portfolio of content you’ve created across different channels.
  • Experience writing for SEO, knowing your way around keyword strategies, backlinks, and technical optimisation.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to different clients, audiences, and writing styles.
  • The ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex industries and products.
  • Top-notch communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency working in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and Google Slides.


Nice to have:

  • A healthy acquaintance with AI tools (use them but don’t abuse them).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Notion, Campaign Monitor, Ahrefs, and Monday.
  • Experience creating content strategy.

  • Client acquisition: Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
  • Lead generation: Developing and implementing effective strategies for lead generation, including networking, cold outreach, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Market research: Analysing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and creative delivery for our clients
  • Leading brainstorming sessions, with a holistic thinking around strategy and creative points of view on brand experience, including how a business acts, how a brand looks, or how a vision comes to life
  • Creative thinking to deliver concepts in line with briefs and collaborating with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Interrogating and rewriting briefs
  • Giving critiques, expressing your point of view and guiding the team through projects
  • Creating an environment that inspires the team to think and contribute to projects
  • Stepping in to help the team with design, development, and copywriting
  • Own quality assurance across all deliverables
  • Handling client expectations and helping streamline processes to increase efficiency
  • Ensure robust project frameworks and workflow processes are in place to guide the team and client through projects
  • Delivering high quality results consistently and to budget
  • Challenging the client and looking for opportunities across their business to make improvements to their marketing and branding
