- Sinking your teeth into SEO strategies, optimising content to ensure it drives visibility and traffic.
- Tailoring your writing style to different platforms and audiences, while keeping a consistent brand voice.
- Diving into research on client industries, products, and target audiences to ensure our messaging hits the spot.
- Using your eagle-eyes to edit and proofread copy for clarity, tone, and quality.
- Staying ahead of industry trends in SEO, marketing, and the fast-paced telecoms world.
- An undergraduate degree or similar in Creative Writing or Journalism.
- 1-3 years of copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or telecoms, IoT, or tech environment.
- A strong portfolio of content you’ve created across different channels.
- Experience writing for SEO, knowing your way around keyword strategies, backlinks, and technical optimisation.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to different clients, audiences, and writing styles.
- The ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex industries and products.
- Top-notch communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficiency working in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and Google Slides.

- Leading brainstorming sessions, with a holistic thinking around strategy and creative points of view on brand experience, including how a business acts, how a brand looks, or how a vision comes to life
- Creative thinking to deliver concepts in line with briefs and collaborating with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers
- Interrogating and rewriting briefs
- Giving critiques, expressing your point of view and guiding the team through projects

- Own quality assurance across all deliverables
